摘要
在电气化铁路干线上,牵引网事故造成的线路堵塞会形成铁路运输的秩序混乱,事故拖的时间愈长后果愈严重。为将堵塞线路的影响缩小到最小范围,要求事故发生后以最快的速度完成牵引网的抢修。为将各种抢修时间降到最短,忽视其中任何一个环节都会使整个中断行车的时间延长。因此对事故抢修中的人员组织、工具材料准备、制定抢修方案及安全措施等都提出了基本的原则和要求。
The main line of electrified railway will be blocked and further the railway transportation order will be disrupted in case of any failure in the traction power supply system. The longer the system failure duration is, the more serious the consequence is. In order to minimize the railway blocking effect, it' s required the railway rush repair be completed as fast as possible in case any failure. In order to complete the rush repair within the shortest time, no omission is allowed for any link, otherwise the traffic interruption will last much longer. Thus the basic principles and requirements for the preparation of manpower, tools and materials, rush repair solution and safety measures, etc. are put forward in this article.
