摘要
介绍了农产品质量追溯的概念和作用,从农产品质量追溯的链条分析、追溯信息采集、追溯信息条码解析、制度建设等方面对农产品质量追溯的各个方面进行了详细说明,指出了合作社基地是农产品质量追溯的源头,抓农产品质量追溯,抓食品安全应从合作社基地抓起。
In the paper,the concept and effect of agricultural products quality tracking were introduced firstly,and then the agricultural products quality tracing was analyzed in detail in the aspects of supply chain,information collection,tracing information barcode analysis and institution building.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that cooperatives base was the headstream of agricultural products quality tracking.In order to track agricultural products quality and ensure food safety,cooperatives base should be controlled first.
