民族地区高校图书馆作为教学科研的服务基地,文献资源相对集中、全面,建设特色馆藏有着得天独厚的优势和条件。民族地方文献的学术研究为地方特色文献数据库提供了充足的数据源。因此,民族地区高校图书馆应根据本地历史文化底蕴及经济发展特色,利用自身丰富独特的文献信息和资源特点,建设具有本地特色和本馆特色的特色馆藏,为科研和经济发展提供正确的引导服务和咨询服务。

As teaching and research service base,the ethnic minority areas university library＇s literature resources were relatively centralized,comprehensive,and had a unique advantage and conditions in building special collections.National local literature research provided a sufficient data source for the local special literature database.Therefore,national university library should build a museum of local characteristics and features of special collections,based on local historical and cultural heritage and economic development characteristics,using its rich and unique literature information and resources,and provided proper guidance and advisory services for research and economic development.
