用科学发展观建设职业教育良好发展环境

Construction of Good Environment for the Development of Vocational Education with Scientific Outlook on Development

经过多年发展,我国的职业教育的有了长足的进步,但是重普教、轻职教,重研究型人才、轻技能型人才的现象仍很突出,职业教育的吸引力还不强,生产服务一线劳动者和技能型人才的社会地位和收入还比较低。这样的环境制约着职业教育的发展,各级组织和个人应当以科学发展观为指导,建设良好的职业教育发展环境。

After years of development,China＇s vocational education has made great progress,but the phenomenon of socially valuing general education,disdaining vocational education,valuing research personnel and disdaining skill talent were still very outstanding,thus vocational education was still not attractive,and social status and income of workers on the first line of the production service and skilled talents were relatively low.As an occupation college teacher,the author thought that the environment restricted the occupation education development,at all levels of the organization and the individual should be guided by the scientific outlook on development,building a good environment for the development of vocational education.
