研究一种基于可靠性分析的计算和选择过盈配合的新方法.首先根据结合直径确定国家标准推荐的优先和常用配合过盈量的数学期望和方差,计算给定设计条件下各种配合的可靠度,在此基础上选择能够经济地满足可靠性要求的配合.此外,对影响过盈联接可靠性的基本因素进行分析,针对前期结构设计中可能存在的不足提出改进措施.这种方法不仅使过盈配合的选择变得简便易行,而且能够提高过盈联接的质量,对过盈联接的推广应用具有实用价值.

A new method of calculating and selecting interference fit was studied.At firstt,he mathematic expectations and variances of interference for each and every precedence or major fits were defined corresponding to combining diameter in the national standardst,hen the reliability of each and every interference fit was calculated under the given design conditions,and the fit to satisfy economically the demand of fixed reliability was chosen.Main factors which affect reliabil-ity of interference fits were analyzedi,mprovements were advanced on the deficiency in structural design.Using this method to calculate and select the interference fit will be simplifieds,o there is great value to spread application and heighten reliabil-ity for the interference articulation.
