报道了对西双版纳农垦天然橡胶产业体制改革中橡胶加工业的现状、问题的观察和思考,进而对农垦橡胶加工业的调整提出建议。
In the challenge and opportunity of rubber, system reform, rubber processing has confront with many problems since 2011. The author tries to find out the solutions after consideration.
