摘要
高校教师职业道德是衡量、评价高校建设高水平大学的基础性指标,是高校功能行为的诚信前提。高校包容性发展是高等学校内涵拓展及规模扩张的回归趋势,但后发高校与先发高校的内在发展生态稳定性不同,易受教师职业道德影响。正确认识职业道德因素,从宏观政策和个体心理等层面推进教师职业道德建设,有利高校包容性发展,并为后发高校超越发展创造条件。
The professional ethics of university teachers is the basic criteria when measuring and evaluating the construction of colleges and universities.It is also the creditability precondition of universities' functional activities.The inclusive development of universities is the trend after the connotation development and scale expansion of them.But the late-comer universities are different from the more developed ones in the stableness of their inner development ecology,the former are liable to the affect of teachers' professional ethics.To correctly understand the factors of professional ethics and to push the professional ethics construction from the macro policies and individual psychology aspects is good to the inclusive development of universities and will also create favorable conditions for the late-comer universities to achieve rapid development.
