摘要
高校学报编辑是高校学报的把关人,具有把关作用,厘清把关理论及其演变,明确高校学报编辑在选择、组构、传播、学术规范过程中的把关作用;学报编辑应充分发挥把关作用,把好学报的政治观、质量关、学术规范关、定向关,不断提高学报质量。
College Journal Editors play an important role in stringent screening of articles contributed to the academic journal It is necessary to clarify the screening theory and its evolution understand its screening role in the selection,structuring,communication in the process of academic standardization.Journal editors should give full play to the role of screening in terms of the political concept,quality,academic standards,directional relations and continuously improve the Journal.
