混水采暖系统控制策略仿真

摘要 通过创建混水采暖系统动态模型,分析系统特性及参数之间关系,模拟应用室外温度补偿、热用户额外得热补偿及结合混水变频控制时的动态响应。结果表明,结合变频混水和调整锅炉供水温度设定的控制方案既能满足热舒适性要求,又可降低16.5%的燃料消耗。 A dynamic model of a mixing water heating system was developed. System characteristics and relationships among parameters were analyzed. Dynamic responses of the control methodologies such as the applications of an outside air temperature compensator and an additional heat gain compensator, and the combination of a special heat gain compensator with a variable frequency mixing water pump were studied. The results showed that the control strategy by using the variable frequency mixing water pump and regulating the supply water temperature set points from the boiler could not only satisfy the end-user requirement of thermal comfort, but decrease the fuel consumption up to 16.5%.
