糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钙镁离子三磷酸腺甙酶活性的实验研究

摘要 目的 观察糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中钙镁离子三磷酸腺甙酶 (Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase)活性的变化 ,分析影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法 用孔雀绿比色分析法对糖尿病大鼠发病后不同时期视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性进行了检测 ,并对空腹血中血糖水平、糖基化血红蛋白含量与视网膜组织中Ca2 +和Mg2 +含量及病程的关系进行了分析。结果 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性明显下降 ,Mg2 +含量下降。Ca2 +含量增高。Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性与空腹血糖水平、糖基化血红蛋白含量、视网膜组织中Ca2 +和Mg2 +含量及病程密切相关。结论 糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca2 + Mg2 + ATPase活性下降可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。 OBJECTIVE To study the changes of ionic calcium and magnesium ATPase activity in retinal tissue of rats with diabetic mellitus, and analyze relational factors which effect occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. METHODS Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity was detected with peacock green calorimetric analysis in retinal tissue of diabetic rats at various times of diabetic course, and the relativity of course of disease with levels of fasting blood glucose ( FBG), hemoglobin glycosylation ( HbAlc ) content, and concentration of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , and in the retinal tissue was also studied.RESULTS Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity was significantly decreased, Mg 2+ content decreased and Ca 2+ increased in retinal tissue of diabetic rats. There was a marked relativity among Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity and FBG, HbAlc, content of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in retinal tissue, course of disease.CONCLUSION The decrease of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase activity in retinal tissue of diabetic rats could be one of pathologic basis in occurrence of diabetic retinopathy.
