近视Ⅰ号丸在青少年高度近视后巩膜加固术后的应用

An observation on application of jinshi yihaowan (近视Ⅰ号丸) after posterior sclera reinforcement among the juvenile with high myopia

目的 观察中药近视Ⅰ号丸结合后巩膜加固术对青少年高度近视对比敏感度的影响。方法 将青少年高度近视患者 48例 (96只眼 )随机分为手术组 (46只眼 )和手术加中药组 (5 0只眼 )。两组患者均接受后巩膜加固术。手术加中药组术后服用近视Ⅰ号丸。于手术前、术后 1周和术后 3月分别检测患者的对比敏感度。结果 术后 1周和术后 3月两组患者的对比敏感度与术前相比均有显著提高 ;术后 3月手术加中药组的对比敏感度与手术组比较 ,差异有显著性。术后 1周两组间无显著性差异。结论 在后巩膜加固术提高青少年高度近视眼对比敏感度方面近视Ⅰ号丸具有增强手术效果的作用。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of jinshi yihaowan (近视Ⅰ号丸) combined with posterior sclera reinforcement on improvement of contrast sensitivity function ( CSF ) among juvenile with high myopia.METHODS Forty eight juvenile patients (96 eyes) with high myopia were divided randomly into surgical groups ( 46 eyes ) and surgical and traditional Chinese medicine group ( 50 eyes ). Posterior sclera reinforcement was performed in two groups. The patients took jinshi yihaowan in the surgical and traditional Chinese medicine group after operations. Contract sensitivity function was detected at 1 week, 3 months after operation and before operation in each of the patient. RESULTS In two groups the CSF were evidently improved at 1 week and 3 months after operations compared with preoperative data, and there was significant difference between the two groups at 3 months after operation. But there was no statistical difference between the two groups at one week after operation. CONCLUSION Jinshi yihaowan could improve effect on posterior sclera reinforcement in CSF of juvenile with high myopia.
