探析中国民办高等教育的可持续发展问题——基于高等教育成本分担理论的视角

A Study on the Sustainable Development of Private Higher Education in China——From the perspective of higher education cost-sharing theory

本文基于高等教育成本分担理论的视角,探讨全球化背景下我国民办高等教育的持续发展问题。促进我国民办高等教育的持续发展,既是我国高等教育持续发展的内在要求,也是我国社会经济发展的客观需要。政府相关部门应该充分考虑我国民办高等教育的现实情况和未来发展需要,结合民办高校在实践中摸索出来的一些重要经验,在法律法规和制度政策等方面,进行重大的改革和突破。

This article,from the perspective of higher education cost-sharing theory,explores sustainable development of private higher education issues under globalization.To promote the sustainable development of private higher education is not only the objective needs of China＇s social and economic development,but also the inherent requirements of the sustainable development of China＇s higher education.Relevant government departments should take full account of the realities of private higher education and future development needs,combined with some important lessons out of the actual practice of private universities,carry out major reforms and breakthroughs in the laws,regulations and institutional policies.
