摘要
本文以微软(中国)公司的企业志愿服务团队为主要对象,以其制度创新的具体化形式——"三天带薪假日"为切入点,介绍微软(中国)公司在这一制度支撑下的志愿服务开展情况,并分析这一制度创新对企业志愿服务发展的推动作用,以及这一制度形式对其他企业志愿服务的经验启示。
This paper deals with volunteer team of Microsoft(China) Company as the main object,and takes its specific form of institutional innovation—"three days of paid holiday" as the entry point to introduce the situation of voluntary service which is carried out under this system in support of Microsoft(China) Company.At the same time,it analyzes the role of this institutional innovation in promoting development of voluntary service,and the experience enlightenment which brings by this form of system to the other companies in volunteer service.
