摘要
2011年10月12日,中华人民共和国教育部、中国教科文卫体工会全国委员会联合发布《高等学校教师职业道德规范》(征求意见稿)并在全国范围内公开征求意见。作为我国关于"高校教师职业道德"的一部官方性法律文件,它的制定与公布对于规范高等教育、加强师德建设具有重要作用。本文讨论了征求意见稿的有关内容,并提出了修改意见和建议。
October 12,2011,the Ministry of Education,and Health and Sports Union China National Committee of UNESCO issued ＂University teachers＇ rules in professional ethics＂（draft） jointly for public comments in the country.As an official legal document on ＂University Teacher professional ethics＂ in China,it is very important for standardizing higher education and strengthening the teachers＇ moral.The paper gives some opinions and suggestions to the draft on the basis of discussing the content.
