高职学生党建与企业文化建设存在高度的相似性。工学结合培养模式下的高职学生,在接受二者双重影响时可以从内涵和路径两个方面产生学习(广义)的双向迁移现象,促使二者因相互融合而创新,这对于校企合作双赢乃至教育本身都具有重要意义。

The construction of studentsr Party members in vocationl colleges has a similarity to the cultural construction in enterprises. The students under the mode of learning-on-the-job learn a bidi- rectional transfer phenomenon from the connotation and path when they accept double influences, which may impel these two to combine and make an innovation. It is of significance to the win-win between the cooperation of school and enterprise as well as the education itself.
