高职国际贸易实务专业工学结合人才培养模式探析

On the Way of Talents Cultivation Through Working and Studying for International Trade Practice Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章围绕高端技能型外贸人才培养目标,构建基于岗位的"素能本位、理实一体、内外融合"的高职国际贸易实务专业人才培养模式。通过模块化课程体系构建、优质核心课程建设、隐性课程建设、教材建设、教学评价体系构建、校企合作与国际交流等措施践行国际贸易实务专业人才培养方案。

Aiming at nurturing highly-skilled talents for foreign trade, this paper tries to build a mode of talents cultivation oriented on the job requirements for International Trade Practice major, which is featured as ＂combining quality and skill, integrating theory and practice, coordinating inter- nal and external acquisition＂. Via structuring of module-based curricular system, high-quality core curriculum, intangible curriculum, teaching materials, teaching evaluation system, college-to-enter- prise cooperation and international exchange, the author expects to perform the talents cultivation plan for International Trade Practice major.
