The virtual communicational community is the development of the traditional community, which keeps abreast with the era closely. However, the advantages of the traditional community are irreplaceable in communication. The public residential pattern which gathers all the advantages of the above-mentioned two communities, as a new research on the design of residences is of great significance for the urban development, the community planning and the housing innovation.
