摘要 以8种树脂为载体、4种有机含氮化物为配体、硫酸亚铁为络合金属,制备一系列树脂负载型铁氮配合物作为光催化降解多相催化剂,考察H2O2对腈纶废水的光催化降解效果。结果表明:催化剂D113树脂负载1,10菲啰啉的降解效果较好;每克树脂负载60 mmol的有机配合离子、n(菲啰啉)/n(Fe2+)=2∶1、有机配合离子pH值为3.0~3.5时,催化剂的光催化降解性能较好,COD去除率约50%,并可重复使用。 A series of iron-nitrogen load resin complexes as photocatalytic degradation catalysts were prepared based on eight kinds of resins as the carrier, four kinds of organic nitrogen compounds as ligands, ferrous sulfate as the metal complex. The preparation factors of the catalyst in treating acrylic fiber wastewater were investigated. The results show that the best catalyst is D113 and 1,10 phenanthroline. The optimal reaction condition is loading 60 mmol of organic complex in one gram of resin. The best molar ratio of phenanthroline / Fe2 is 2 : 1 and the pH range is 3-3.5. The best COD degradation in the photocatalytic system reaches about 50% and the chemical properties are stable and can be reused.
