摘要
创新团队是目前高校科研人员开展科学研究的主要形式。但是不少高校创新团队因构建不当,导致团队内部管理、人才任用、团队运营出现一系列问题,极大地影响了团队的创新绩效。只有以恰当的方法构建高校科技创新团队,选择好团队带头人,以合理的管理层次和管理幅度实行民主化和行政化并重的管理模式,积极与产业资本对接,完善支撑服务平台体系,才能更好地促进高校科技创新团队的发展。
The innovation teams are currently the main form of scientific research personnel in the university. But the innovation teams of many colleges and universities have a series of issues due to improper construction such as the internal management, personnel ap- pointment, the team operating and so on. These greatly affect the team's innovation performance. We only use appropriate way to build a technology innovation team and select team leaders with reasonable levels of management and margin of management, implement the model of democratization and administrative management, active docking with industrial capital, and actively improve the support service platform system so as to better promote the development of university science and technology innovation team.
