应用FCM对磁共振多谱图像分割的探讨

Segmentation of Multi-MR images based on FCM

本文利用磁共振图像的多参数性 ,应用模糊C均值法 (fuzzyc -means ,FCM )对磁共振多谱图像进行自动分割处理。使分割图像效果高于用FCM方法对单幅磁共振加权图像的分割结果。

This paper proposes a Multi-images MRI segmentation method using Fuzzy C-means clustering methods(FCM). The results are better than those of single-image MRI segmentation. It can provide a more accurate way to localize MRI tissue structures.
