摘要
中原文留油田深井油层出水或套管漏失时,以往通常采用大修悬挂4寸套管固井修复,但存在着作业周期长、费用高、固井质量差、内通径小等不足的问题。采用ZP-08低合金新型膨胀管补贴工艺能够较好的解决此类难题。2009-2010年应用小修开展新型膨胀管补贴工艺进行堵水或堵漏10口井,成功率100%,补贴长度及深度大,耐压高,取得了较好的效果。
When there is water produced or casing leakage occurred in Wenliu oilfield.4 - inch casing has been usually adopted in cementing repair,which is characterized by the problems such as long cycles,high cost,poor cementing quality and etc.,while the ZP - 08 expansion tube repairing technique with low - alloy can better solve the problems. The good application of 10 wells in 2009 - 2010 indicated the success rate is 100%.
