摘要
目的探讨补阳还五汤联合尼莫地平佐治大脑基底节出血的临床疗效。方法将56例大脑基底节出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例。治疗组进行内科常规治疗外加补阳还五汤加减联合尼莫地平静脉滴注;对照组仅予以内科常规治疗。治疗后比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总显效率为82.1%高于对照组的57.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合尼莫地平佐治大脑基底节出血有良好的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with nimodipine in brain basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods 56 cases patients with brain basal ganglia hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 28 cases.Treatment group were given routine medical treatment and Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with nimodipine infusion;Control group were only given routine medical treatment.After treatment,compared the effect of 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group（82.1%） was higher than that of control group（57.1%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with nimodipine in brain basal ganglia hemorrhage has a good effect,should be widely applied.
