摘要
体育公共服务客体是指有体育健身、体育休闲娱乐需求并享受体育公共服务的全体社会成员,意即体育公共服务的对象。在体育公共服务客体与主体之间,除了存在着需求与供给关系外,还存在着竞争与合作关系。我国公众在享有参与权、监督权和信息知情权的同时,也需要履行自觉遵守体育法规,加强体育伦理道德修养和爱护体育公共场地、设施的义务。
Subject of sports public service includes all members of the society, those who need physical fitness,leisure recreation, as well as enjoy the sport of public services. The relationship between object and subject of sports public service is not only demand and supply, but also competition and cooperation. By enjoying the right of participation, supervision and information knowing, we need to comply with physical laws and regulations, strengthen ethical moral and cherish sports facilities and venues.
