炼油火炬系统水封安全设计与运行研究 被引量:5

摘要 水封作为炼油火炬系统防止回火爆炸的重要安全设施,需要考虑水封罐的设计压力、水封量和水封高度。采用数值模拟技术,模拟计算水封罐典型气体爆炸,提出水封罐的设计压力,并通过建立水封高度的计算模型,得出水封高度与气体种类、火炬筒体和环境温度的关系,提出水封高度的设计原则。 Water seal is one of the most important anti-backfire equipments in the refinery flare system.It is necessary to consider the design pressure of the water seal drum,water seal amount and water seal height in design.In this paper,the CFD simulation of the vapor explosion in a typical water seal drum is carried out and the design pressure of the drum is proposed based on the simulation results.Besides,the relationshi Pbetween the water seal height and flare gas characterization,stack height and environmental temperature is also discussed through establishing a water seal height calculation model.The design principles for the height of the water seal are put forward as well.
