摘要
为了减少大型电动机起动时对电网的冲击影响,软起动方式得到了广泛的应用。结合齐鲁石化2 600 kt/a催化裂化装置中14 MW备用风机起动的问题,对几种工频降压起动方式下的电机起动特性进行了分析,比较了各种起动方案的优缺点。
In order to reduce the impact effect caused by large-scale electromotor when it is started,soft starting has been adopted widely.This paper analyzes the starting performance of electromotor started by different power frequency reduced voltage modes according to the starting problems of the 14MW standby fan in the FCC unit with a capacity of 2.6 million ton per year in Qilu Petrochemical Company.And it makes a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different starting plans.
