摘要
根据柴油加氢精制装置风险特点,介绍了蒸气云爆炸冲击波模型、喷射火热辐射模型、毒物泄漏模型,并利用风险分析软件PHAST,对该装置火灾、爆炸、中毒事故进行了后果分析与评价,得出了相应的事故危害范围。针对评价的危险性提出了措施建议,为企业日常安全管理提供了可靠的依据。
According to the risk characteristics of diesel oil hydrofining unit,this paper introduces vapor cloud explosion(VCE) shock wave model,jet fire thermal radiation model and toxicant leakage model.And it analyzes and evaluates the fire,explosion and poisoning accident consequences of this unit by using risk analysis software PHAST and gets the corresponding hazard scope of each accident.The paper proposes measures and suggestions to deal with the hazards from the evaluation.And it provides a reliable foundation for the enterprises' daily safety management.
