直燃型溴化锂吸收式热泵在油田余热利用中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 直燃型溴化锂吸收式热泵机组以热能为驱动,从低品位热源吸收热量,将其转化为高品位热源,满足油田生产用热。该工艺能有效回收利用低温热能。直燃型溴化锂吸收式热泵机组在华北油田的应用案例,利用油田回注污水的低温余热,减轻了污水回注过程对设备和工艺流程的腐蚀,年节能量758.48 tce,节能效果显著。 Lithium bromide absorption heat pum Punit uses thermal energy as its power source.It could obtain energy from low quality heat source to produce hot water or steam for industrial process or air-conditioning.This technology has high efficiency in recovering low temperature waste heat.The application of lithium bromide absorption heat pum Pat Huabei Oilfield utilizes the low temperature waste heat from the recycled produced water.This may reduce equipment and process corrosion during the reinjection of produced water with an annual energy saving amount of 758.48tce and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
