脊柱退行性疾病患者生活质量及医学干预的调查研究

Investigation of the Quality of Life and Medical Intervention in Patients with Spinal Degenerative Diseases

目的探讨脊柱退行性疾病患者生活质量并对比给予不同治疗方法后其生活质量的差异。方法选取我院治疗的553例脊柱退行性疾病患者作为观察组,同时选取122例健康者作为对照组。两组研究对象生活质量采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)进行调查评定。结果数据行t检验。结果与健康对照组比较,观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能各项得分和总分明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与非手术组比较,手术组患者上述观察指标的得分均明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脊柱退行性疾病患者具有较差的生活质量,手术组患者与非手术组比较,生活质量明显较好。

Objective To explore the quality of life of patients with spinal degenerative diseases and compare the difference of the quality of life after giving different treatment methods. Methods Selected 553 cases of spinal degenerative diseases patients as the ob- servation group and 122 cases of healthy persons as control group. Quality of life was assessed using a comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionuaire（GQOLI-74） survey. Data was using t test. Results Compared with the control group,physical function, psychological function,social function and total score of the Observation group were significantly lower （P〈0.01）; Compared with non-surgical group, the indicator scores of surgical patients were significantly higher（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Patients with spinal degenerative diseases have poor quality of life,and surgical patients have better quality of life than non-surgical ones.
