输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的护理配合

Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy Treatment in Ureteral Stones and Caring

目的对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者进行护理配合的效果进行观察。方法 76例入选进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的输尿管结石患者随机分为干预组和对照组各38例,对照组仅予随意的护理和指导,干预组采取系统的护理配合措施,比较两组的护理配合效果。结果干预组的结石清除成功率虽然高于对照组,但与对照组比较无明显差异,但干预组术后并发症的发生率仅5.3%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者实施系统的、有效的围术期的护理干预措施,能够有效地提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy treatment ureteral calculi. Methods All of 76 patients were randomized to the intervention group and control group 38 cases,the control group was only to be free of care and guid- ance,the intervention group was taken the measures by the system of care,to compare two groups effect. Results The intervention group had although the higher the success rate of stone clearance, but compared with the control group, it showed no significant differ- ence,but the incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was only 5.3%,significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.The stay hospital of the intervention group was significantly shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uretero- scopic holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral calculi in patients with the implementation of the system is effective,and the perioperative nursing interventions can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
