健康教育在间质性膀胱炎治疗中应用效果研究

Study of Health Education for Patients with Interstitial Cystitis

目的了解间质性膀胱炎患者的心理状态,评价健康教育在间质性膀胱炎治疗中的作用。方法将40例接受药物治疗的间质性膀胱炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在药物治疗过程中同时接受健康教育,对照组只接受药物治疗。所有患者分别于治疗前、治疗后接受生活质量调查,并对患者恢复情况进行1-2年随访,观察健康教育对间质性膀胱炎康复的影响。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量各项指标比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量各项评分均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充分了解IC患者心理,并对其进行合理的健康教育,可提高IC患者药物治疗效果,并有效降低患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To psychiatric assessment the mental state of patients with interstitial cystitis ,and evaluate the effect of health education in treatment. Methods All of 40 patients with interstitial cystitis were divided into two groups randomly,patients in observation group were accepted health education during drug treatment,and control group only accepted medicine cure. All the patients were conducted questionnaire survey with quality of life before and after the treatment,then accepted 1 year follow-up,observe the effect of health education. Results The total efficient of observation group was 95.0% and was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. There were no difference in quality of life scores before treatment between two group （P〉0.05）,while all the scores of observation group was better than control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fully psychiatric assessment the patients and rational health edu- cation would promote the effect in drug treating and reduce depression and anxiety of patients.
