摘要 目的探讨新形势下医院优质护理服务体系的构建方法。方法将我科收治的300例患者分为两组,未实施优质护理服务组和实施优质护理服务组。然后对比两组患者满意度调查问卷和护理质量,了解提供优质护理服务前后患者的满意度情况。结果实施优质护理服务后的患者,其满意度有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论优质的护理服务提高患者的满意度,在临床护理工作中值得推广应用。 Objective To construct a hospital high quality nursing service system under new situation. Methods Selecting 300 cases from patients randomly, and devided into no- performing quality nursing care group with 120 cases and performing quality nursing care group with 180 cases. We provided normal nursing care to no-performing quality nursing care group, but quality nursing care to performing quality nursing care group. Then we gave out questionnaires to each other group, so we can know the satisfaction change of patients before and after provided quality nursing care. Results The satisfaction of patient had significant increase after provide quality nursing care(P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing care can greatly improve the satisfaction of patients.We can apply quality nursing care extensively in clinical application.
