吸入麻醉药对气道高反应性的抑制作用及机制研究

摘要 目的观察研究吸入麻醉药对气道高反应性的抑制作用及其机制。方法回顾分析我院2007年1月~2008年1月入诊的60例行吸入麻醉的气道高反应性患者与同期60例常规治疗(静脉注射麻醉药)的有气道高反应性表现的患者的临床资料,观察比较两组患者气道阻力及肺顺应性在不同时间点的变化情况。结果与初始值比较,观察组提高肺顺应性的效果及降低气管阻力的效果明显优于对照组的疗效(P<0.05),吸入麻醉组肺顺应性提高的效果及气道阻力降低的效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吸入麻醉药对气道高反应性具有抑制作用,临床手术时此法安全有效,值得推广。 Objective To explore the inhibitory effect and mechanism of inhaled anesthetics on the airway responsiveness. Methods Retrospective analysis the 60 patients with routine inhaled anesthesia airway hyperresponsieness from January 2007 to January 2008 and the clinical data of 60 cases patients had airway hyperresponsiveness whom used conventional treatment (intravenous anesthetics)in the same period. The airway resistance and pulmonary compliance in the changes of different time points of the two groups of patients were observed. Results Compared with the initial value,the effect of improving lung compliance and reduce the resistance of airway of the study group were significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05). The effect of increased lung compliance and the effect of reduced airway resistance in the inhalation anesthesia group was significantly higher the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Inhaled anesthetics had inhibition on airway hyperresponsiveness,the clinical surgery of this method is safe and effective,which is worthy to be popularized.
