持续质量改进在安全有效化疗药输注中的应用

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Safe and Effective Chemotherapeutics Infusion

目的探讨持续质量改进在安全有效化疗药输注中的应用。方法成立持续质量改进小组,分析存在问题,制定及实施质量改进措施,规范化疗药使用管理制度,强化护士对应用化疗药的责任意识和风险意识。结果输注化疗药采取最佳的输注速度、输注顺序、输注时辰,从而降低护理风险发生率,降低患者化疗不良反应发生率,提高肿瘤患者的生活质量,使患者满意。结论持续质量改进在安全有效化疗药输注中疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective To discuss application of continuous quality improvement in safe and effective chemotherapeutics infusion. Methods A group of ＇continuous quality improvement was established to analyze the problem existed,by which measures of quality improvement were formulated and implemented while management rules of chemotherapy medication were standardized. Nurses＇ respon- sible and risking senses were enhanced in application of medication chemotherapy. Results Chemotherapeutics infusion should adopt topgallant speed in reasonable sequence at suitable time point in order that the risking probability in nursing and the adverse reaction probability in the patients during chemotherapy could be reduced. It was helpful for the patients with tumors to improve their living quality and to be more satisfied. Conclusion Curazive effect of continualls qualiby improvement in safe and effative chemotherapentics infusion is good, and is worthy in clinical widely.
