阿达帕林凝胶联合米诺环素胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

Efficacy of Adapalene Gel Capsules Combined with Minocycline in Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨阿达帕林凝胶联合米诺环素治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法治疗组58例寻常型痤疮,外用阿达帕林凝胶(国药准字H20056871,黑龙江福和华星制药集团股份有限公司)8周,每晚上1次涂于患处,同时口服米诺环素胶囊(商品名康尼,国药准字H10920124,海口市制药厂有限公司)2周,每次0.1g,每日2次,然后停药。对照组外用阿达帕林凝胶,每晚1次涂于患处8周,用药8周后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组有效率为93.1%,对照组有效率75%,两组间有显著性差异(χ2=6.33,P<0.05)。结论阿达帕林凝胶联合米诺环素胶囊治疗寻常型痤疮有明显的近期疗效,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore efficacy of Adapalene gel capsules combined with Minocycline in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods The treatment group, 58 cases of acne vulgaris, topical adapalene gel （Zhunzi H20056871, Heilongjiang Fort Worth Star China Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.） for 8 weeks, 1 applied to the affected area every night, and oral minocycline capsules （product Mingkang Ni, Approval Number： Zhunzi H10920124, Haikou Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd.） 2 weeks for each 0.1g 2 times a day orally, and then stopping. Control group, topical adapalene gel, once applied to the affected area every night for 8 weeks.8 after weeks, do treatment efficacy evaluation. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 93.1%, while the control group was 75%, There was significant difference between the two groups（ x2=6.33, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adapalene gel capsules co-minocycline treatment of acne vulgaris have significant short-term effect, improve the cure rate.
