海枫藤抗类风湿性关节炎的实验研究

Experimental study of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li. in anti-rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察海枫藤醇提物的抗类风湿性关节炎作用。方法采用佐剂性关节炎模型观察大鼠体重、原发侧足跖肿胀度以及关节炎指数的变化。结果海枫藤醇提物可以不同程度的减轻大鼠原发侧足跖肿胀度以及关节炎指数。结论海枫藤醇提物高浓度组对大鼠类风湿关节炎具有较强的抑制作用。

Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory action of ethanol extract of the stems of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li. Methods After establishing experimental model which was adjuvant induced arthritis rat, the body weight of rats,the swelling of primary side, and the changes of arthritis index were observed. Results Ethanol extract of M.officinalis high dosage group could inhibit the swelling of primary side and arthritis index.Conclusion High dosage of M.officinalis ethanol extracts group have obvious inhibitory action in anti-rheumatoid arthritis.
