飞行训练前后飞行员血清铁和血红蛋白及胆红素的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测战斗机飞行员飞行训练前后血清铁、血红蛋白、胆红素生化指标变化,探讨其指标与冠状动脉疾病发生的相关性。方法飞行员组为歼轰-7飞行员40名,对照组为地勤人员40名,在飞行前和飞行后分别采取肘静脉血标本进行检测分析。结果血清铁在1、2、3次飞后与飞前比较显著降低(P<0.01);血红蛋白在1、2、3次飞后与飞前比较显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);胆红素在1、2、3次飞后比飞前显著降低(P<0.01),结论歼轰-7飞行员飞行训练后血清铁、血红蛋白、胆红素水平随着飞行强度的增加而降低加重,但这种生化指标的变化仍在正常生理范围。长期和反复的状态,可能会成为飞行员容易发生冠状动脉疾病的危险因素之一。 Objective To determine changes of serum iron,hemoglobin,bilirubin biochemical indicators before and after flight training of pilots the and its relativity to coronary artery disease.Methods The serum iron,hemoglobin,bilirubin indexes of 40 pilots were detected at pre-and post-flight;at same time the 40 ground crews as control group.Results Serum iron of the 1st postflight,the 2nd postflight,the 3rd postflight were significantly lower than preflight(P0.01).Hemoglobin of the 1st postflight,2nd postflight,3rd postflight were significantly lower than preflight(P0.01,P0.05).Bilirubin of the 1st post-flight,the 2nd post-flight,the 3rd post-flight were significantly lower than preflight(P0.01).Conclusion For JH-7 pilots postflight training serum iron,hemoglobin,bilirubin level are more lower along with the flight strength increases,but the biochemical indicators are in the normal physiological range.Long-term and repeated status may make pilots susceptible to risk factors of coronary artery disease.
