摘要
采用差示扫描量热法测定了MnxFe2-xP0.4Si0.6化合物的比热容.结果表明,该系列化合物都出现了比热容的反常峰,反常峰对应于化合物的一级相变.x=1.25,1.30,1.35,1.40时,对应的相变温度分别为317.7,306.2,290.5,279.4K,相变潜热分别为6 226.1,5 461.1,4 253.8,3 116.0J/kg,且相变潜热随着相变温度的降低而减小.
The specific heat of MnxFe2-xP0.4Si0.6 compounds was investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry method. The results show that there are abnormal peaks in the specific-heat curves, the abnormal peaks corresponding to the first-order phase transitions. The phase transition temperature is 317.7,306.2,290.5,279.4K,the latent heat of the transition is 6226.1,5461.1,4253.8,3116.0 J/kg, respectively for x= 1.25,1.30,1.35,1.40. The latent heat decreases with the decrease of phase transition temperature.
