摘要
目的观察阿莫西林钠在3种大输液中化学稳定性。方法将阿莫西林钠分别加入到250ml0.9%氯化钠注射液、木糖醇注射液、碳酸氢钠注射液中混合,在25℃恒温下放置。采用HPLC测定配伍后不同时间的阿莫西林钠含量,同时观察混合液的外观、颗粒并测定pH值。结果阿莫西林钠在0.9%氯化钠注射液和碳酸氢钠注射液无色透明,未检出颗粒,pH稳定,放置12h内含量降低较少。阿莫西林钠在木糖醇注射液中不稳定。结论阿莫西林钠可用0.9%氯化钠注射液和碳酸氢钠注射液配置使用。
Objective To test Amoxicillin sodium infusion in three chemical stability.Methods Amoxicillin sodium were added to 250ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection,xylitol injection,sodium bicarbonate injection and placed under 25℃ circustmence,respectively.The amount of amoxicillin at different times of three mixtures by HPLC,the appearance,mixture particles and the pH were collected.Results The Amoxicillin sodium in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and sodium bicarbonate injection were unchanged within 12h.The mixtures were colorless and transparent,with none particles and pH stability.The Amoxicillin sodium in xylitol injection was decreased within 12 hours.Conclusion Amoxicillin sodium is stable in sodium chloride injection and sodium bicarbonate injection.
