摘要
目的研究妊娠期子宫肌瘤红色变性的临床特征及治疗。方法回顾分析2006年1月～2010年12月因妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在笔者所在医院住院保胎的病例资料。其中观察组(25例)为诊断妊娠合并子宫肌瘤红色变性;对照组(41例)为诊断妊娠合并子宫肌瘤,并伴先兆流产。结果观察组的临床表现如肌瘤局部疼痛、局部压痛、发热、白细胞升高、肌瘤体积增大,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义;观察组全部保胎成功,对照组最终5例发生流产,占12.19%。结论妊娠期子宫肌瘤红色变性的临床症状较重,但保守治疗效果较好,预后良好。而肌瘤合并先兆流产的自然流产发生率较前者高。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and the treatment of red degeneration of uterine leiomyoma in pregnant women. Methods Retrospectively studied the data of cases with uterine leiomyoma with red degeneration in the hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010. 25 pregnant women with red degeneration of uterine leiomyoma were divided into observation group, while 41 pregnant women with uterine leiomyoma and threatened abortion were divided into control group. Results The clinical features of the observation group was more severe than the control group, but the outcome of observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion The symptoms of red degeneration of uterine leiomyoma in pregnant women are severe, but non- surgical therapy shows good effects.
