Animation industry is a new booming one. As a freshman,Anhui should learn from Japanese successful experience in the development of animation industry. According to the domestic and foreign situations in which Anhui stays, the paper explores the approaches to enhancing her animation industry competitiveness irom the perspectives ot the human capitalization, industry chain optimization, the construction of collaboration and communication platform,and the innovative development of this industry.
