摘要
随着经济全球化的不断深入及市场竞争的日益加剧,人力资源在企业整体资源价值链中的作用日益凸显。对于施工企业来说,劳务管理是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,关系到企业的工程业绩与整体效益的提升。从施工装饰企业劳务用工实际出发,从法律、经济、技术层面对提高劳务管理水平进行有益探索,初步总结出劳务招标办法和管理流程,并取得较好的应用效果。
With the unceasing economic globalization and increasing market competition, human resources are playing a more and more important role in the value chain of overall resources in enterprises. With regard to a construction enterprise, labor management is one of the key parts for human resources management and has a close relation with the improvement of project achievement and overall effectiveness of an enterprise. On account of the real situation of labor employment of the construction decoration enterprise, this paper makes an exploration on how to improve labor management level from the aspects of law, economy and technology. And initially a labor bidding method and management process is summarized and a good application effect is obtained.
