摘要
随着"十一五"期间铁路建设、运营的迅速发展,铁路职工的责任和压力加大。这使企业干部、职工产生不同程度的倦怠感,从而影响到他们的身心健康,也为铁路企业的安全运输和稳步发展带来不利影响。阐述铁路职工重视工作压力问题的必要性,着重分析铁路职工常见工作压力源,并从心理学的角度提出铁路职工自我调适的方法。
With the rapid development of railway construction and operation during the period of 11th five-year, the responsibility and pressure of railway staff increases correspondingly. Under work stress, railway staff is not only influenced in physiology but also in psychology. Besides, work stress is the root source to influence railway transportation security and steady development. Consequently, this essay analyses the necessity of attention to the job stress problems in railway stuff and then expatiates on the common job stressors of railway staff. Several practical methods of self-adjustment are put forward for releasing job stress from the angle of psychology.
