双波长-高效液相色谱法同时测定镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱、甘草苷、甘草酸的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立同时测定镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱、甘草苷和甘草酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-体积分数为0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长:205 nm(盐酸麻黄碱)、237 nm(甘草苷与甘草酸);流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果盐酸麻黄碱、甘草苷、甘草酸质量浓度分别在6.222~414.8 mg.L-1、2.335~116.7 mg.L-1、12.45~415.0 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.999 9,平均回收率分别为98.92%、103.0%和98.24%。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠,可作为镇咳宁糖浆的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in Zhenkening syrup (traditional Chinese medicines). Methods The separation was performed on a Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid for gradient elution. Ephedrine hydrochloride, liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were determined by dual wavelength of 205 nm and 237 nm. Results The linearities were in the ranges of 6. 222-414. 8 mg· L^-1 for ephedrine hydrochloride, 2. 335- 116. 7 mg· L^-1 for liquiritin, and 12. 45- 415.0 mg· L^-1 for glycyrrhizic acid,respectively. The average recoveries were 98.92% (RSD = 0. 90% ), 103.0% (RSD = 0. 25 % ), 98.24% (RSD = 1.9 % ), respectively. Conclusions This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Zhenkening syrup.
