为促进综合交通发展协调发展首先需要理清综合交通发展的矛盾所在。选取最具代表性的长三角地区作为研究对象,提出了阻碍综合交通协调发展的基础设施建设问题及运输服务问题,包括平行通道的集约、交叉通道的协调、线路端点的衔接、综合运输枢纽的建设、集疏运体系的匹配、货物运输的联运不畅、旅客运输的恶性竞争等,剖析了这两大方面七大问题的形成机理,提出了解决问题的思路。

The most representative Yangtze River Delta region was selected as research object, the problems in infrastructure construction and transportation service that handicap the coordinated development of integrated transport, including intensive parallel channel, cross-channel coordination, end-point linking of the convergence line, construction of integrated transport hub, matching of cargo distribution and transportation system, poor multimodal transport of freight, cut-throat competition of passenger traffic, etc. , were put forward. The reasons of these problems were analyzed and the reflection to solve these problems was advanced.
