浅谈献血者献血结果告知与咨询工作中的心理护理 被引量：1

摘要 《血站管理办法》和《血站及血站实验室质量治理规范》明确要求，血站负有告知献血者献血结果的义务，同时又有保护献血者隐私的义务。按照相关要求，血液检测人员应经过职业道德规范的培训，保证血液检测结果和结论的真实性、可靠性和保密性，实验室应有经过培训和授权的人员为临床提供咨询服务。笔者结合自己的工作实践，在对献血者献血结果告知的过程中，持续改进工作，减少了献血者和血站之间的矛盾冲突，达到了预期的效果。现将体会介绍如下。
