环节控制在针灸科医院感染管理中的应用

Application of process control on hospital infection management in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:探讨环节控制在针灸科医院感染管理中的应用。方法:对我院针灸科的感控现况进行分析总结,发现存在问题,有针对性的予以改进。结果:通过健全组织、落实制度、强化培训、规范操作、加强督管等环节的控制管理。针灸科综合目标质量管理合格率由2008年的96.00%上升到2010年的97.67%;手卫生督查合格率由2008年的94.0%上升到2010年的99.00%。结论:实行对针灸科诊疗操作各个环节的规范化控制管理,能有效预防医院感染、提高医疗质量、确保医疗安全。

OBJECTIVE To explore application of process control on hospital infection management in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.METHODS By analyzing and summarizing present state of infection control on Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,we found problems and improved purposefully.RESULTS In Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of our hospital,by perfecting the organization,implementing the system,strengthening training,standardizing operation,reinforcing supervision and management and other aspects of process control,pass rate of comprehensive management by object of rose from 96.00% in 2008 to 97.67% in 2010,hygiene inspection pass rate rose from 94.00% in 2008 to 99.00% in 2010.CONCLUSION By standardized controlling all aspects of diagnosis and treat in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,we can prevent hospital infection effectively,improve quality of medical care and ensure medical safety.
