Psychoanalysis and Nursing Strategy of Pregnant Women with Adverse Pregnancy

目的:探讨不良妊娠孕产妇的心理特征及护理对策。方法:分析56例不良妊娠孕产妇的心理特征。结果:56例不良妊娠孕产妇中,具有多种心理改变,包括震惊与否认、悲伤和内疚、紧张和焦虑以及潜在角色转换不适应,其中震惊与否认是其最早出现的心理反应,悲伤和内疚是最突出的心理问题,采取相应的护理措施后均康复出院。结论:针对不良妊娠孕产妇的心理特征采取针对性的护理措施,可改善其心理状态,有助于其恢复自信心,从而促进其身心的康复,为优生优育打下良好的基础。

Objective： To improve the psychological characteristics and nursing strategy of pregnant women with adverse pregnancy.Methods： Analyzing on psychological characteristics of 56 pregnant women with adverse pregnancy.Results：There are many kinds of psychology changes among 56 pregnant women,including： shocking and denial,grief and guilt,nervousness and anxiety and inadaptation to potential role conversion,among them shocking and denial were the earliest psychological reaction,grief and guilt were the most outstanding psychological problems.After taking corresponding nursing measures,all patients were recovery.Conclutions：To analyze the psychological characteristics of pregnant women,take good all kinds of nursing measures,which is helpful to improve poor outcome,recovery their self-confidence,promote physical and psychological rehabilitation,lay a good foundation to prepotency.We should draw enough attention.
