摘要
目的 探讨吡柔比星膀胱内灌注在预防浅表性膀胱肿瘤术后复发的作用。方法 对 3 0例浅表性膀胱肿瘤 (Ta期 )行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电汽化术的患者采用吡柔比星 40mg进行膀胱内灌注。 结果 2 6例完成一个疗程的治疗 ,2例复发 ,复发率为 7.7%。 18例出现不同程度的尿频、尿急、尿痛及膀胱区疼痛 ,肉眼血尿 14例。全身反应少见 ,主要表现为胃肠道不适及胸闷、心慌。结论 吡柔比星是一种新型的膀胱内化疗灌注药物。初步疗效表明其预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发效果显著。
? Objective To evaluate the effect of pirarubicin on preventing post TVBT recurrence of superficial bladder tumor.Methods 30 cases were instillated with pirarubicin 40mg after transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor (TVBT).Results A course of treatment was completed in 26 cases,of which 2 cases recurred.Bladder irritation was presented in 18 cases and gross hemouria in 14 cases.Systemic side effects was rarely seen.Conclusions Pirarubicin is a novel chemotherapeutic agent,magnificent effect on preventing post TVBT recurrence was observed after initial investigation. 〔
