低能量He-Ne激光血管内照射控制肺癌化疗后恶心呕吐和镇痛的实验研究

The efficacy of intravascular laser irradiation of blood on treatment of pain and vomiting after chemotherapy in lung cancer patients

目的 探讨ILIB控制肺癌化疗后恶心呕吐和镇痛的效果。方法 采用ILIB加化疗治疗肺癌患者 3 0例 ,并与单纯化疗相对照 ,检测患者T淋巴细胞亚群和 β EP。 结果 ILIB止吐和镇痛总有效率分别为 90 %和 93 .3 3 %。治疗后CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8比值和 β EP均明显提高。 结论 ILIB对肺部镇痛和化疗后控制恶心呕吐有明显作用。

? Objective To study effects of intravascular laser irradiation on blood (ILIB) on treatment of pain and vomiting after chemotherapy in lung cancer patients.Methods 30 cases with lung cancer were treated with ILIB combined with chemotherapy and compared with controls who were only treated with chemotherapy.T lymphocyte subsest and β EP in patients were measured.Results ILIB treatment achieved a 90% of analgesic rate and a 93.33% of antimetic rate.The level of increased CD + 3、CD + 4、CD + 4/CD + 8 values and β EP in treatment group was more obvious than that of control group.Conclusions ILIB has analgesic and antiemetic effects on patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. 〔
