摘要
目的 应用吡喃阿霉素与表阿霉素治疗非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的疗效及毒性进行对比观察。方法 用吡喃阿霉素与表阿霉素分别治疗非何杰金氏淋巴瘤各 15例。结果 两组病例治疗 (CR +PR )有效率分别为 6 6 .7%、6 0 .0 % ,无差异。结论 吡喃阿霉素与表阿霉素疗效相似 ,且不良反应尤其心脏毒性及脱发较表阿霉素轻。
? Objective To compare the efficacy and toxicity of pirarubicin(THP) vs. epirubicin(Epi ADM) in the treatment of Non Hodgkin′s lymphoma.Methods 15 patients with lymphoma were treated with CTOP regimen (CTX,THP,VCR and PDN) as the control group (THP group),while 15 equivalent cases received CEOP regimen(CTX,EPI,VCR and PDN)(EPI group).Results The response rates of the two groups were similar (66.7% and 60.0%).Conclusions It is recognized that the curative effect and side effect of pirarubicin are similar to those of Epi ADM,however,the cardiac toxicity and alopecia is milder in THP group. 〔
